end going blue

after about 2 hours fiddling about trying to keep the damn thing on propely it been on for 5 mins and the end is going blue so its being starved of blood. I have some tissue wrapped around it and the soft pad that is supplied I have to have it as tight as possible to keep the device on.

Is there anything anyone can suggest?

My opinion, ditch the cushion and don't use tissue. Instead try switching to gauze bandages, they are really comfortable. I stopped using the cushion after the 3rd day of wearing it with my device cause it was just too painful, it felt like a thick rubber band slowly tearing my shaft apart!! U can also look at this modified strap i use on my device, I got the idea somewhere on this site, I just included pictures on the version i've made. Post #69. Hope this helps you out
