I've decided to share with you all a little bit of what i've been experiencing with PE, JD and the SG in terms of gains and what it has done for my sex life. Okay, so i've been using the SG for about 2 months now and I've had some nice gains within this period, but what has amazed me is that I now last so much longer during sex! I know this because doin my girl from behind is like my kryptonite, I'll be done with in a few secs, but during the past month, i've noticed that i've been able to increase my performance in that position from bout say 30 secs :sm26 to 5mins :sm36 and my quads actually get tired that i have to take a break. The downside to this is that my gf is getting suspicious and thinks I'm taking steroids because of my length and performance haha. She found my JD and I told her it was a jar lifter for my mom. I do a little bit of PE and use the JD, but I think the main reason for my lasting longer is due to the SG. I think because my penis is experiencing long durations of stretching, my shaft has built up an endurance and is not as sensitive as it used to be. Lets face it length and girth don't mean squat if we can't last yeah?

I agree with you the length and girth arenice but the real payoff for the effort we put into PEis the whole package, length, girth and performance. Keep up the good work. u may need to add some quad exercises now to your routine

Are you doing any additional stamina work (kegels, towel raises, etc.) along with your current routine?

For stamina I've only been doin the pc blasts from this site for the past few weeks which i've forgotten to mention. I think i'll try throwing in some towel raises into my routine. Is there a thread here that has stamina exercises? I'll keep you posted.

I've been slowly getting into a normal exercise routine to build up endurance, but still trying to make a weekly routine :sm24 .

Do a search here for "stop and starts" as well. Kegels, towel raises and "stop and starts" should be all you need. Remember to force regular progress on these exercises as well.
