I've used the size genetics device for about 5 months with minimal results. What is the average time per day that everyone wears this device and how many days off does everyone take to achieve results? Has anybody noticed a big difference by including the manual exercises along withthe device?

When I first recieved my SG early in the summer I used it for about 8-12 hours a day about the second week of wearing it. Now I've been busy so I can only wear it for about max 6-8 hours a day. When I wear it tho It's at 2hr intervals with a 15-30 min break to allow my blood to recirculate. Here's my SG routine for the day:
Towel wrap
1hrs: default calibration (I think of this as my warmup stretch)
break 15 min
2hrs: 900g
break 15 min
1hrs: 1200g
break 30 min
2hrs: 900g
break 15 min
1hr: back to default
break 30 min
Use jelq device 15-20 mins
Manual Jelqs 100
Long schlongs 5 mins
Towel wrap
Once a week I'll try to go 1500g for one hour.
Sometimes I have to alter my routine if I'm very busy, but this is what I try to follow everyday.
What helps a lot is how you wear the device, there are a lot of posts on how uncomfortable the SG can be, but that problem can be solved easily. I use gauze to wrap around my member to add to comfort. My original strap wore out on me after the first month and I had to find a quick alternative because I didn't want to wait for a new strap in the mail. I now use a modified velcro strap (got the idea from a thread I read on this site, but can't remember who), You can see my modification on this link, just look for my post with the jpg files http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5841&page=6. Also, a few days ago I gave advice to someone telling them to ditch the cushion, but I now take that back. The cushion adds extra comfort when wearing it over the gauze, you just might have to cut it so it's easier to put on. So that's how i wear it; gauze, cushion, modified velcro strap. I can wear up to 2hrs comfortably even at 1200g with no slippage.
I do 3days on 1day off routine. I do only a few manual exercises (jelqing and long schlongs), as well as use the Jelq Device, but only after I've finished using the SG for the day. I tried doing the routine vice versa where i do manuals and use the JD before strappin on the SG, but only ended up with my member having bruise spots resulting in me having to take a couple days off for healing. I haven't had any problems with bruising when i use the SG first and my member looks healthy.
I've had nice length gains during the first month of this routine, I also take Prosolution Pills as supplements, which are also helping me out.
I believe that my gains are due to the incorporation of the devices, manual exercise, supplements, dedication and the useful information from many members' experiences on this site.
Well hopefully this post answers all your questions and helps you out a bit. Good luck and don't give up!
