OK so I know all the exercise routines and methods people do for PEing but I'm curious if anyone tried alternating exercises day by day. Say one day you exercise the length of your penis and next day you exercise girth, then next day back to length, and so on. Just out of theory I thought this would be a very effective method since your giving everything you got in both areas on each day. I'm just applying this knowledge since I do go to the gym and I see the penis just like any other muscles and if you work out your primary muscle (lets say chest) then your secondary muscles (say triceps) will be a bit worn out before you can get started on it and can't perform all out workouts on them. Maybe it's the same for the penis? It's just my theory guys so any suggestions or experience you wanna share by trying this routine would be great.

In case no one tried it, or if people are curious how effective this alternating routine could be, I'll try to start up a log by using this method and update it so you can see any gains I've made.

For starters the penis is not a muscle. I recommend when taking a rest day, to make it a rest day, period. Remember most girth exercises will have some stretch effect. Granted not much, but still a tad, especially the jelq. Make your rest day a complete rest day. I know exactly what you are saying, I have done the alternate lifting routines in my life, but PE is different. Don't try to apply what works for muscles to ligs and other cells in the penis. It's apples and oranges.

Yeah you're right Turtle and I know the penis is not a muscle, it's an organ. My main point is to draw out people who might've tried this kind of routine and share their experiences. In a way (in my opinion) i can see more benefits but it's too much to explain. Only the experienced can tell about it.

I know that people have tried the alternating kind of routine that you are suggesting, and don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that it is a bad approach, but I am saying that it is not the best approach. You want experience, take a look at the fact that I have posted over 4,500 times. Granted, I have never done the alternating kind of routine that you suggest, but that is basically because I don't think that it is a good strategy. Some people have had pretty good success with different approaches. I am not telling you that the alternating approach has no merit, I am just telling you that it is not ideal. The main thing is to do what seems comfortable to you, and that you have confidence in the approach. If your comfortable, your confident, and you do the routine with consistency, dedication, and intensity then you will be successful. That is the bottom line.

I've never heard of this being done but go ahead and start and keep detailed records of how many days a week worked out, reps, times ect ect.
No detail is too small from my experience.

Personally I can't see how this would work unless you're a newbie where gains would be easy.

I think the importance of the 3 on and 1off, 2 on and 1 off is that you get a rest day amidst the consistancy. I believe that after the easy gains are over consistancy with added variety to it here and there will give gains. Without out I believe your ligs will just get tough and adjust to the stress.

Likewise I believe it to be the same for girth since girth is harder to gain than length.

hmm yes the rest days would pose a problem for this wouldn't it? Darn rest days lol. And yeah I guess it would be pointless to try this method. No I'm not new to this, I actually been lurking onto this site for the last 2 years, did PE on and off and made steady gains, but just recently joined the forums to get involved. I'll have to post my measurements for the record lol
