Hey everyone Pleasework here again. Haven't posted in a while because I have been taking a break from P.E for a little. By break I mean a week and a half or so. Ok so here's my question. I was doing the Beginner routine provided by penis health.com, I was doing the 7-10 minute routine's exercises, but at a much longer time period I would P.E for around 45 min just doing those exercises, and I would make sure to increase reps everyday. I did this so my penis would be ready to go when I wanted to move onto a more advanced routine. Ok so here's my questions should I move on to the intermediate routine? should I be doing the 7-10 minute one or the next one down the list? And what is a good routine that I can gain lenght with? I am not worried with girth as much as I am with length I really could use an extra 3/4 of an inch in length.

Try experimenting with the next level up from the 7 to 10 minute routine and see how it goes for a couple of weeks.

Thanks anth. Do you mean the next level up in the intermediate routine or the beginner routine? Because I have basically done all I can with the beginner routine I have increase my reps with the same exercises to around 400 jelqs and 150 horizontal movements, so do you think I should be ready to step up to the intermediate routine? and any recomendations on length routines?

Follow the program as prescribed. You said you had only done the 7 to 10 minute routine in the beginners.
Go to the next level in the beginners until you have exhausted all the steps. Only then move on to the intermediate.

Just to second what Anth just told you. Try doing a 20 to 25 minute begineer routine for the next two weeks and see how you feel. If everything feels OK, then substitute some of your stretch work with the LS Heli, and maybe add in some downward stretch or BTC stretch. If your doing 400 jelqs, in 10 minutes then you are doing something very incorrectly. 100 jelqs should take at least 5 minutes. What you are doing sounds like psuedo masturbation. Then do the routine for another two weeks, and then talk to us. Let's see how all of this feels before we come up with some routine suggestions. Especially since I think your are doing your jelqs completely wrong. Figure each jelq should take about 3 to 4 seconds. In other words 20 to 15 reps per minute. Get your routine in order and then we will talk about were you should go.
