Progress through the stages of the beginners routine for at least 2 months.
If you're just starting out and if you follow your routines properly you most likely will not be hurt. There is a risk to everything so be careful, but these are tried and true methods and if you play it smart everything should be ok.
If you start doing advanced or intermediate exercises too quickly before your unit has had time to get stronger through the beginners exercise you could get injured. The purpose of the beginner exercises is to get your unit stronger for the more difficult exercises later on.
You can also search the forums here for other exercises too but be very careful not to move onto intermediate exercises until you have about 3-4 months of experience and advanced exercises at least 6 months or more.
If you want to jump the gun you do so at your own risk.
You will see that the exercises on the Penis Health site are measured in minutes. This is not how we measure our workouts here on the forum.
The standard here is to measure workouts by actual time done while completing reps.
So if it takes 4 secs to do 1 Jelq, and you do 200 Jelqs x 4 = 800 secs divided by 60 sec = 13.5 minutes.
You measure time this way with all your exercises.
The bottom line is we are aiming for 15 minutes minimum to 30 maximum actual workout time per workout.
You’ll find the actual time you devote to your workouts will be considerably more that the actual workout time ie: 1 hour will probably be about 30 minutes of workout time.
Go a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule Being sure to have rest days and not just work through them. Rest days are essential for growth. Why? I don't know exactly but I'm guessing to give your penis a day to heal before you attack it again. Building, tearing and rebuilding tissues.
It's made to be perfectly balanced and I've found that's the best way to go.
