I have been lurking for a while now. I am ready to start a routine. After looking at tons of posts I am ready to start a routine. My question is on the 3 on and 1 off. Can I still achieve results going every other day? I work out with weights in that manner and understand that the muscle recovery time is needed in order to grow. Also, if using this routine how often should I wear the SizeGenetics device? TIA

The 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off routine seems to be the best way to go for gains.
The penis is not a muscle so analogies comparing the two shouldn't be pressed too much.

The exercises and routines and days off have been proven effective so there's no real need to tweak it if you're just starting out. Go with what's proven.
