I have been lurking for a while now. I am ready to start a routine. After looking at tons of posts I am ready to start a routine. My question is on the 3 on and 1 off. Can I still achieve results going every other day? I work out with weights in that manner and understand that the muscle recovery time is needed in order to grow. Also, if using this routine how often should I wear the SizeGenetics device? TIA
