I was wondering how many 3 second jelq reps do you all recommend at one sitting? I do these at the end of my routine (8 minutes of pressured schlong, 6 minutes of power stretch, 10 minutes of PC flexing holding for 3 seconds at a time, and 4 minutes of extended PC flex holding for 10 seconds at a time). It takes me about 10 minutes to do 100 reps.

3 second reps translates into 100 reps in five minutes of actual exercise time. Of course, if you are watching the clock, the time spent on your jelq routine will actually be longer because of the need for erection renewal, and a moment between jelqs. Number of reps is a function of how long you have been doing PE. Figure 100 reps for the first month, and then increase by 25 reps every week. Once you hit 200 to 300 reps stay at that level and add some squeeze exercises to your routine.

Sorry but can you explain the "squeeze" please?

Thanks for the information. So would you suggest 50 squeeze reps and 200 jelqs or more?

How long have you been PE-ing and could you break your routine down in how many reps you are actually doing rather than minutes?

I've been PE'ing off and on for about 2 years now. I haven't did it extensively enough to see any erect gains but my flaccid gain is there and it definitely looks fuller once I start back PE'ing. As far as reps go, the jelq rep is 200. Used to be 300 but I've been going a lot slower to get a squeeze all the way down from the base to the head. The pressured shlong I've never counted the reps on it, so I'm guessing it's between 25 and 50 in that time period, I've also never counted the reps on the power stretch but I can say I probably get a good stretch two-three times in each direction (so that's between 8-12 reps), and the 3 second PC flex hold is at 18 reps and the 10 second PC flex hold is at 2 reps. Hope this is what you're asking for.

Ok I'm officially :dizzy:

If you want my advice please make it easy for me not to figure out your routine, reps and times for you.

What I would like before I advise you is to know your current routine:
How many days a week do you workout; your reps and associated times with each workout; your total workout time based on reps not on minutes; how long is your girth and length workouts if you separate them.

Thanks

Ok, honestly, I didn't ask for you to figure out my routine. I've never counted reps, just minutes which is suggested by the workout plan, not a total number of reps. So I estimated the reps for each routine, in which I gave you the exact routine name. Now you're asking a different question with exact routine workout regimine, which is 1 day on and 2 days off. I have given you estimated reps for each exercise and I've given you the time (minutes) for each exercise already. You're also asking how "long" are my length and girth workouts and if I seperate them, which I do, but as far as "long" I don't know if you're asking for "long" in minutes or "long" in reps since it seems you are asking for both at different times.

the mods are trying to help you out it's just that we don't measure our routines in minutes here on the forums.i know that the penis health website calls to measure in minutes but everyone here counts by reps.you really need to count your reps that way you can increase either your reps or intensity as you progress.understand that some folks may do an exercise like the power stretch in 3 directions and someone else may go 5 directions.obviously if you're counting minutes it would take person 1 less time to do the exercise.by giving a detailed description of how many reps, what directions and how long it takes to complete the workout will only help the mods help you.also for your own benefit you should lay yourself out solid committed routine so when you do see gains you have something to measure your progress with.read up on some of the progress tracking threads and you be able to get a good idea of how a lot of the folks here go about performing their routines.
