Hi guys,
Like a few people, I've had serious trouble adjusting the traction bars. I've used the device for a while now, so I thought that I'd try to adjust the traction. The device does extend, but the horizontal bars don't move into the cylinder. I've re-watched the DVD, but that doesn't seem to help either.
I've tried the solutions that people have put on the forums, but can't seem to get it to work. I've:
- Put the device on so that its stationery
- Held the horizontal bars so that its also stationery (and so when I turn the screws, the bars don't turn with it)
I don't know if this is relevant at all, but all I've added to extend the length is the 2cm bar.
Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a video of how to do it properly? I asked customer support and they suggested that I post on the forums. So any help would be much appreciated.
