Try this.
First of all, of course, you don't think of anything that might exite you. In stead think of something simple which you can really concentrate on, like envision the entire ride to work in your mind. And concentrate on the time.
Next, before you start the first stretch. Tense your PC muscle for like 20-30 sec. Then after every stretch tense for like ten secs. If you do become erect, tense until erection is gone. After about ten stretches with PC squeezes in between, you will find you won't get erect for the rest of the excersice.
This worked for me, I hope it will for you too.
