This question is regarding how I should continue with the programme (which has so far been successful). I'll first fill yous all in on my routines in progress
In the first six months of doing PE (firstly with the extender then more with just exercises and pills) I've gone from 4 " 14/16ths to 5.75" (just shy of an inch difference).
In the last few months of progress or at least when I was getting the most I was simply doing a double-handed jelq with pills each day roughly 3 days on 1 off/ 2 on 1 off etc....
Recently I've been solely doing double-handed jelqing - 150 hard ones a night (I usually take 1hr 20 min due to working up a 90% erection for each set of five) with warm-up/down and the pro-solution pills each night a few hours before the workout - though no other exercises.
>>>So to the question in hand, I would like to know from those who've passed this point if you think I should change my routine (add in other exercises into the mix) or continue doing what I'm doing? Also should I expect a slow down in the next six months in terms of gains or should I be optimistic enough that they'll continue at the same pace?
For obvious reasons I don't want to have any slow down as I look to pass the 6" barrier but for my future motivation's sake it would probably be better to know what lies ahead in the next 6 months and whether there is any way to improve upon my current routine which has so far done the job.
Thanks
