You know what you are doing so I would recommend the following approach. For the first two weeks keep it simple. Do 15 minutes with 3 min. of warm up and 2 min. of warm down. For stretches just do the LS in all five directions, say 4 reps @ 15 sec. in each direction. For girth, just do 100 reps of jelq. For the next two weeks go to the 20 to 25 min. beginner adding a few exercises. Then do one month of intermediate level exercises with 20 to 25 min for the first two weeks, and 35 to 40 the next two weeks. Then I would say that you are ready to roll.
