Hello,

I am having an issue with those tension lines. The device does not provide tension to the second and third lines it just stays fully extended. I have been using this device for 5 months now for about 2-3 hours everyday and I am not seeing any results. Its kind of discouraging since this device is SOOOOO uncomfortable to wear. Is there something I am doing wrong? Maybe I am wearing it incorrectly

Thanks for all who reply

Dude,
i totally agree with you. the instructional video that was sent with my device was for the older model that came with the silicone tude, so i had to figure it out with the "COMFORT" strap by myself. with the amount of money this company makes you would think they could afford an updated video with each purchase. i commented about my issues to the company and that i haven't had any results. they told me that the device should be worn for at least 10 hours a day. any less than that would "naturally" take longer. they don't mention this on the website, it only says that it can be "Woren" for up to 12 hours a day and can even skip a day. the device is too uncomfortable to wear for more than 4 hours for me and too much of a hassle and risk of embarassment. it is difficult to get a refund. i've tried registering with this forum more than twice, and i've complained to the support team each time. finally they said that having an AOL email wouldn't let the confirmation go through. i had to make a yahoo account to finally post. getting a refund has never been so hard.

8clone,

Yes I got the same video apparently it was for a slightly different device. On there website they suggest wearing 2 hours a day. I even push it to 3 everyday. I dont mind wearing it for 12 hours however, its so hard to get on and off and very uncomfortable to wear. I thought my device was just defective. Why arent they offering you a refund? They so confidently guarantee it.

Hi guys I recently bought one of these and had the same problems. I e-mailed sizegenetics support (who I must admit have thus far been very good. My problem was one of slippage even with the comfort support. I had to tighten the thing so much my glad turned blue and it was (and still can be quite painful) Here was the answer I got back (see below) Please read on though and I'll tell you how I solved it.....

"The device took many years in formation, and has been tested extensively. Your comments have however, been passed on the the Product Manager of this product.

With regards to the tightness of the device, it is usual that the tip of the penis will discolour slightly when in use.

However, you should remove the device every 2 hours to massage the penis restore blood flow, and immediately if you are experiencing any pain.

I hope that this information has been helpful. "

Ok what I found was the the comfort support spunge was falling apart so to strengthen it I bought a (small) self adisive support bandage that is supposed to be used for fingers etc. I place the support on my penis and wrapped a small amount around the support ok now that is sorted.

The comfort strap also was slipping to a slacker setting so I use insulation tape to hold the little ears in place once tightened to desired amount. Now after say about an hour the head is very cold and blue so I release one piece of the tape and release the tention on that side of the strap freeing my penis for a few moments and giving it a good massage to get the blood back. Ok I then can pop the unit in to a carry case as it is or place my penis back in it and carry on (after making a few adjustments.

As I say I've only had this divise for a short couple of weeks but I have had some serious gains already (no bull) I have had it on for maybe 4 hours a day max. I do however stretch my penis every time I need a pee.

Hope this helps
