Will the jelq device help with horizontal movement? I tend have a lot of trouble with this exercise.

Basically they are two different animals.

You could substitute The Squeeze (do a search) for the HM

Alright thank you anth, so are you saying the Squeeze is a good alternative to the horizontal movement exercise?

Actually I believe the Squeezes are superior to the HM

As far as I am concerned the jelq is a step up from the HM, and the squeeze is a step up from the jelq.

If the Jelq is better then the HM, is it ok to not bother with HM and just do more Jelq's?

I'm just a beginner, but IMO HM is inferior to the Jelq. I get a better pump with the Jelq anyways.

Forget the HM, I don't think that it is worth very much as an exercise.

To be perfectly honest, turtle is right. When I first started PE, I chose one length exercise and one girth exercise. The girth exercise was obviously the jelq, the length I chose was the HM. I did not feel a thing at all from the HM, and wasn't sure I was even doing it right since the feeling was zero. So I changed to another exercise. From my experience at least, it didn't do much good. However I will also say that the jelq exercise itself and the Jelq Device are two vastly different things. The Jelq Device is far more powerful than the manual PE version. It will help with length and girth, although I kept a very high erection level to work on girth with it.
