Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem because it's potentially bad enough to stop my PE/Size Genetics programme so far.

I've been doing the whole PE/SG/PSPs for six months with a 3/4" gain. So far so good. But towards the end othe six month period a few weeks ago the skin on my penis has got especially chaffed, red with the skin nearest the glands (where a grip is often made) rubbed down very much so. This is not the foreskin (directly over the glands) because I don't really have any but that skin from the glands to the rest of the body.

I recently took a two week rest so to give it time to heal up. In which time I did no exercising, size-genetics, pills whatever. I found I lost 2/16ths and naturally was really worried that all my hard work would slip away. So last night and tonight I started it up again, but the skin is as before and I couldn't finish tonight for the pain I was in.

To clarify, I stick to pretty much hard double-handed jelqs only and do like to put as much as I can into. I know I could possibly go back to wearing the SG extender but I found when I used to use it and not exercise I didn't really get anywhere gains wise and I don't want to just stop the programme.

So my question is, are there any exercises which people have found especially easy going on the skin or any way to treat it before or after an exercise (I do warm up and down thoroughly by the way)? Any help on this would be great as I really don't want to stop the programme and would be doing a lot more were it not for this stumbling block. Thanks

The best thing you can do is to prevent this from happening in the first place.

You can purchase silicone gel insoles and cut them into strips for padding. This wiorks very well with extenders and it'll both prevent chafing and provide more comfort and improved circulation.

For exercises requiring a firm grip, you can use a small cotton towel to both get a better grip and to protect the sensitive penile skin.
