Hey guys Pleasework here again. I have a question for anyone who can help. I have been staying true for the most part to my routine. I have still seen no results whether itd be lenght or girth but I'm not giving up. What I have noticed is that there are a lot of new veins that are coming out in my penis that I have never seen before. I this a good sign that results are soon to follow? Is this a good sign that my routine is doing something and I am doing it right?

Thanks,
Pleasework

That is a good sign- it means your penis is getting more "fit", which is a precursor to size gains. How long have you been on your current routine?

I have been on my current routine for about a month now it hasn't been 100 percent 3 days on 1 rest day 2 days 1 rest day, but I have kept to the routine schedule for the most part.

Are you following any sort of progression sequence? Have you been adding volume, intensity, or frequency on a regular basis

Well kind of. I do go up in the intesity everytime I work out as in I grip my unit a little tighter and go a little harder each time. I do not go up in reps everytime I work out. I maybe go up in reps every two weeks or so? Is that my mistake?

If you're on a beginner's routine, upping the frequency every couple of weeks until you master the exercises will work. If you're an advanced trainee you should be trying to increase volume/intensity regularly in small increments.
