View Full Version : Routine going great until last tue!

Ive been doing the following routine for about 6 weeks afta 3 months off, and all was going great i could even do more if id wanted because id have raging hard on even afta sessions. However last week afta wed off my i could not complete my session and erections were very soft. I do howver go gym aswell dont know if this had anything to do with it when lifting weights i was doing following routine

AM
girth
150 jelq 4 sec rep i do this many as my dick tires easy so doing 150 i can get my sqeezes
and uli in with lots of intensty
50+ squeezes
5 - 10 uli's moving up inch then flexing the pc muscle this give much bigger pump hold
for 25 sec rep

PM
downward stretch 10 mins 30 secs rep
DLD's Bundled Tunica Stretch 20 reps @ 20 secs rep
Heli 20 reps at 15 sec rep
50 jelq to increase blood flow again
warm down

Im working up to 20 reps on each exercise but taking it slow as recommened by turtle and anth, im i stetching to long thus tiring the lil fella maybe i need shorter length routine but increase intensty or take couple days off?? also my ligs seem pretty tough is there any other exercise that target tough ligs effectivley? :masterbate:

That's a lot of volume! How about cutting back and trying to focus on one good length exercise and one girth girth exercise per routine? I would also suggest doijng more extensive stamina work.

For ligs straight and multi-angular intense stretches will stress them better than any other movement.

hi big al seems like good idea as seen no gains as of yet since getting back into it, and doing less work seems like work best for me so wot would you suggest as best length and girth exercise to use and how many reps? should i start off at 3 workouts week then increase to 5? and last question i need to ask is stamina work i done kegals for years for pc do mean this or something totally different?

Sorry big al my bad in stamina exercises you mean stop start , is in work up to ejeculation then stop just before let erection subside then go again up ponr? if this is the case then ive done this for years and can actually hold back semen i actually think im multi orgasmic now for sure so must be workload in my pe :sm40

so how does this sould to you big al

length e.g tension stretch 10 reps work up to say 50
girth e.g squeezes start at 30 work up to 50 +

start at 3 day week and increase to 5

warm up 10 mins warm down 10 mins

This looks like very basic routine but i understand that it will be intense, will i need to add exercises as months go on or will adding reps intensty do the trick?

Your workout plan above looks good. You can probably work up to 100 TS. Stamina work includes kegels too, and your description of the Stop and Start is accurate :)

Adding reps and intensity will do the trick, and as you progress you can try different exercises and techniques to see which work best for you. Just make sure to keep track of your work, and change things up when you reach a plateau. Don't forget to take a week off every 4-6 weeks or so too.

just one last question if i was going to alternate between slow cranks and tension stretches how many slow cranks should i start off with ive heard you do 100-200 maximum? in 10 to 20 blocks so should start on like 40 or more?

You might want to start with 10-20 and work your way up from there. You can split your routine (1/2 TS, 1/2 SC) or do them on alternate days.
