View Full Version : My routine is just to much!

I was doing the following routine posted below after 3 weeks off but i can only do this 3 days weeks at push and still lost erections during day night i since taken 3 days off and returing to normal,

AM
girth
150 jelq 4 sec rep i do this many as my dick tires easy so doing 150 i can get my sqeezes
and uli in with lots of intensty
50+ squeezes
5 - 10 uli's moving up inch then flexing the pc muscle this give much bigger pump hold
for 25 sec rep

PM
downward stretch 10 mins 30 secs rep
DLD's Bundled Tunica Stretch 20 reps @ 20 secs rep
Heli 20 reps at 15 sec rep
50 jelq to increase blood flow again
warm down


big al stated that it might be recommened to lower volume and do 1 exercise for length one for girth! and who argu with him after gains he had however my ligs are pretty tough so trying fine good length exercise that work 100 effectively i also find squeezes work better for me than jelq

im also going do more stamina exercises!

Could you recommend a good length and girth exercise to use that is intense and effective that can increase in intensty each week

For length you can alternate between 10-20 second straight stretches and multi-directional stretches. For girth, squeezes can't be beat. Try to increase intensity or 1-2 reps per session to force progress. Try cutting back to one workout per day and do stamina work at least 3 times a week.

Thanks big al when you say multi directional stretches do mean the basic long shlong in different directions or could do the heli or slow cranks exercise which ive seen posted somewhere where do like blocks of 10- 20 reps :boobies:

so thinking of routine such as

warm up 10 min

length slow cranks alternate with straight out stretches increase 1 to reps on straight out stretches
Girth Squeezes increase 5 reps every week

Stamina work and kegals 3 times week :masterbate:

How does this sound?

Slow cranks would be perfect for hitting all of the angles.

Just thought Big Al but for length could i do straight out stretches one day then next day do slow cranks alternate is this fashion but increasing reps as precribed? or best to do both on same day

Either way will work. I used to do the straight stretches one day and the slow cranks the next length day. As long as your consistenlt increasing the reps, you'll continue to see gains.
