View Full Version : Pulling Scrotum During Jelqs

So I'm getting serious about starting a routine, but I find that I tend to grab my scrotum as I start a jelq. Of course, this can result in "turkey neck", but it's not really the formation of that flap of skin that bothers me so much as the discomfort of pulling on the scrotum during my routine.

I am very small, so starting up a little higher on the penis is barely even possible for me, let alone effective. I've tried banding my sack off in various ways as well, but that just forces me to start higher up on the penis, and it usually just pinches anyway and compounds the problem.

If I ignore it, the scrotum stretches and it just gets worse. Bam, turkey neck. Very uncomfortable.

It's really discouraging. Any advice for preventing discomfort would be highly appreciated.

i have the same problem especially jelqing with my right hand. i fear this is reducing the intensity of the jelq. i try to push the excess skin back with the other hand before each jelq...which helps a bit. advice would be well appreciated! thnx

I use 2 hands when Jelqing. With one I have at the base to stop the skin from sliding up while I Jelq and with the other I jelq normal.
Then I'll just alternate hands for the next rep.

I found this helps with the "turkey neck" but I've also found that when I shower every night I pull up with one hand and with the other I gently massage or pull straight downwards 100 times. Almost like a "ball jelq".

I have found both of those things to be effective and make significant improvements regarding turkey neck.
