Hey everyone,
After I'm done PE-ing, sometimes I'll jump right into my jacuzzi for 20 minutes after I'm done (water temp is 102F). Seems like the ultimate warm-down for me. Haven't noticed any negatives. Are there pros or cons to this in anyone's experience?

The only con I can think of with water that hot is damage to the genetic information in your testes. They hang outside the body for a reason you know.

Good info about the water temp. 102F is very comfortable for me. I know some people that like their tubs at 104+. Not smart in my opinion. I'll do a little research and see if I can find some guidelines regarding safe water temps, how long you should or shouldn't stay in really hot water, etc.

Whenever possible I take a shower after mine and let the water do a cool down for me, not quite as nice as the jacuzzi but a start :)

For me, when I'm done... The amount of blood flowing to that area already has it pretty warm. What I like to do is throw on a pair of sweat pants and either lay in bed, making sure to keep my penis in a semi-erect state... Or I warm some lube up in my hands, get my privates all nice and slick, and then go do something, like run/jog/workout/stretch... Whatever I can do to increase my motion and get blood flowing in general. Then, I may go do a few more penis exercises, then I either throw on the sweatpants again or sit on a towel with a warm wet rag on top of my genitals and let it cool down naturally while doing a few PC flexes...
EDIT: There's not a problem with the hot tub lowering his sperm count. True, it will, but only temporarily. So buddy, if you're trying to have kids right now, I wouldn't do it. Plus, be sure not to have the water too hot, and try not to stay in there for extended amounts of time. Another thing not yet mentioned though is that it may be detrimental to your routine in that enzymes process material in your body into proteins (i.e. Amino acids), and so it may slow your recovery time from your workouts if you stay in the hot tub too long, as enzymes are heat sensitive as well as pH sensitive... Just a little bit of science class for you...

To have my own jacuzzi is one of my dreams in life. Sounds excellent for a warm down to me. But 20 mins? If I stay in a jacuzzi that long I don't think I'll be able to come out of it from over relaxation. How do you do it?

Great info from IHitThatBox. I found out that jacuzzi temps shouldn't exceed 104F for the above mentioned reasons. 20 minutes at 102F or lower is plenty for anyone. I've never been one to sit in a hot tub for an hour like some people. It's not healthy. Anyway, I'm single and not planning on any children in the near future. I'd say I sit in my jacuzzi only a couple times a week. Certainly not a nightly practice.
