Hey guys,
I'm using the Penishealthprogram and I am wondering is it a good program and what can I expect in the coming months.
My penis flacid size is 3 inches and erect size 5 inches

I'm a newer member, so I'm not confident that my answers to that question would be accurate. I did, however, have the same questions myself. What I did was go through the forum looking for threads about "so-and-so's journey" or similiar and read them. There are alot of testimonials on here and there are a few members who give reasonably good progress reports and even some who are very detailed.
I did it because, as I stated earlier, I wanted to know what kind of progress seemed common....but ALSO because I found it to be VERY inspiring.
What I learned was that EVERYONE is different. I know that's a sort of "stock" or standard-fare answer, but it is the most truthful. I don't like that answer myself to be honest....but hey, not all of us can have our own "Shaft" theme music start playing when we walk into a room. While it seems a majority of people observed some more-than-nominal gain. Where things get interesting is the pace at which people gain. I've some people putting up 3/4 of an inch in length withone one month...and 1 1/2 inches after 3 months! That's definitely faster than typical. But they seem to hit the plateau rather quickly as well. some only get 1/8" or so a month, if that....but after 8 months, they got thier inch that they always wanted.
I don't know which is better....as a quick gainer might get discouraged when they hit a plateau after being accustomed to fast progress and then stop, as the slow gainer is enouraged by the little bit they get every month...month in and month out.
I typed too much....hoped this helped....but do search around for threads about people's journeys. You might find something that you identify with that would otherwise take you a few months to figure out on your own. ( like a particular excersise that you like)

The Door Man is right. While virtually everyone can gain, a good chunk of how much and how fast depends on your own dedication as well as genetics. Don't worry about trying to get a figure from someone, just dedicate yourself and the gains will come!

During the first couple of weeks you'll notice harder erections and improved staying time. After a couple of weeks you should notice fuller flaccid hangs. By the end of week 4 you should have some measureable gains. By the end of weeks 6-8 you should be ready for more advanced, intense exercises. This in itself should spur some new growth.
