Just wanted to check I've located this muscle flex correctly (at first I couldn't work out how to do it without nearly pis*ing myself), when I do it a muscle just below my waist line but still about an inch or two above my penis tenses. Is that right?

Also is there a thread with PC training success stories or anything along those lines I could read? Had a look for a while myself but couldn't find anything. I'm a believer in PE after 4 or 5 months but I've just started on training my PC and just wanted to know what I could expect and whether people have had as much success with this as they have with PE. I've already got harder erections from PC training but am curious about the success of lasting longer in bed due to PC'ing.

Hi it seems you have the right muscle. PC exercises are invaluable! Strengthening your PC muscle will allow you to not only have a stronger erection but gain far more control over ejaculation as well. Absolutely necessary and should be in EVERY member's PE routine! :) The best part is you can work on the PC while doing anything, sitting at the office, driving in the car etc. So...in my opinion, there really is no excuse for why a member wouldn't work on the PC.
