This might be best answered by Canuck, but any help from others is greatly appreciated as well.

I purchased the jar-gripping devices and some pipe insulation to produce a jelq-device....the pipe insulation doesn't fit, so I might have to get a larger roll. I did, however, use the jelqing device without the insulation. I noticed some red splotches rather quickly, but there was no pain.

Is it safe to not use the insulation or is it something I really should have on there?

I did 60 reps with the jelq device, and I remember Canuck had indicated that using the device provides a more potent jelq, but I didn't get any burning feeling that indicates a good work out. My penis did feel very tired, however. I was pretty intense in my strength used. Is it ok to not feel a burning sensation?

Also, I'm going to start the beginner 20-25 minute routing....but since I'm using the jelq-device instead of my hands, how many reps should I do as a beginner? 30? 50? 80?

Furthermore, I really want to increase girth....and I'm still suspicous of pills even as a supplement to an exercise program. Will pills (Prosolution) really help increase or speed up gains? There too expensive in my opinion to buy unless they noticably increase or speed up gains.

Last question : Which way am I supposed to jelq with the device? Do I have the device squeeze the sides of my penis? Or the top and bottom. I tried squeezing the sides, but it made my penis twist as I went down the shaft.

Oops! I forgot to ask one last question :

I see that I can purchase the replacement rollers....and simply retrofit them onto the jar-holder. However, I read on the jelq-device thread that the replacement holders would have to be modified....what modifications must they have???

Thanks!

Hi, the Jelq Device is used gripping the top and bottom of the penis. Again, since it isn't an actual Jelq Device, I'm wary of saying anything since the quality is likely suspect and it could be a health issue if it goes bad. For what it does for you, the Jelq Device is very cheap, and it's built very strong. I've had mine for years and no complaints, no parts failures. I had to shorten the rollers a tad, but maybe that was a result of me gripping hard I'm not sure. Feel free to cut corners in life, but to do with the penis, I wouldn't recommend it. Pills will help you train, but on their own they won't give lasting results. They can help in healing and temporary size improvements as long as the pills are taken. They are viewed as an aid, not PE in themselves. I hope that helps you out. :)
