Not that I can remember, no. I usually get a slightly sore head after having ejaculated though. Especially if I do it more than once. If this is something you don't normally do it's probably nothing to worry about though, it's just that your penis isn't used to that kind of treatment. If it persists (I'm guessing it will be over by the next day) see your GP to make sure it's nothing.
