Hey guys,
I really need some help. I've been using the SG device for a little over four months now but haven't seen any gains.
I use the device for about 56 hours a week (so a little more than 9 hours a day), with one rest day. Since I've worn the device, I haven't taken any other rest periods (apart from my rest day).
I initially wore the device at its basic length (i.e. without adding any extra bars), but I've now added the small and large bars onto the device. Additionally, like some others on the forums, the traction has only been able to be changed when there is enough length on the device - so now that I've got enough length, I now also change the traction on a weekly basis (I started doing this about 2 months ag0).
Usually, I can only wear the device for a maximum of 1.5 hours, but i usually feel some discomfort after 1 hour.
I don't do any manual PE because finding the time to wear the device is hard enough, and to be honest, I thought that the device would be enough.
I'm going overseas soon, so I really need some advice before I decide on whether I should return the device or not. Also, I've only got a couple of months before uni starts again, so I won't be able to wear the device as much as I do now.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should try giving the manual exercises a try. You'll find that your workouts will be much quicker- and so will the feedback.
The extender should really be reserve after you have a few months of basic PE training under your belt. You should also be trying to force a little bit of progress each session- whether that means more time, tension, or both.

Are you absolutely sure that you have actually measured using BP before you started and measured BP now? With a regimen like that you should have some gains by now. Many times people don't bother to do that and try to "eyeball" it which is grossly inaccurate. Especially staring at the penis each day, you're unlikely to notice any gains over a long period of time. If you have not done that, the chances of getting a return might not be good since that's probably the best way to see if the device has done it's job of course :).

Hey guys, thanks for your quick replies.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've measured the penis correctly (I press a ruler against the bone) and my method of measurement has been pretty consistent (although my penis still curves up when erect, so could that have some effect?).

Damn, I wish I knew about the whole manual thing a few months back, so I could of done it for a while and then later on, I could have purchased the device. But to be honest, given the cost of the device, I thought that it would be more of a 'stand-alone' device.
Just a final question, given that I have several sessions per day (usually 45-1 hour on, 15 mins or so rest), should I try to progress a little more each day instead?
Again, many thanks for the quick replies

That could work. You should also have the tension set to where you're getting a definite stretch from the start. More time AND more tension increases should give you some gains.

Well, I do always get a definite stretch from the beginning so I guess I'll just keep using the device and hope for some gains soon (although my rubber strap just broke and I'm trying to get the velcro method to work).
Thanks for the help
