Hi Guys,
I'm 23 year old, joined 21/06 and have been doing the following on a 2 days on and 1 day off basis:
5min warmup
10-15min stretching
10-15min Jelqing
5min double hand technique
5-10min Power Stretch
5min cool down
Average workout time around 45mins, done 6 workouts so far.
Is this a good workout and would anyone suggest any changes? Also, on "rest" days should you avoid having sex/masturbate? If, so how many hours after a workout should consider having sex?
Be honest guys, when you jelq is every stroke of equal quality? My 15mins of jelqing probably has atleast 4-5mins of useless jelqing! How should i change the work for max gains in erect length? I also read from some contributors that jelqing should be done at near-100% erect - how is it possible to squeeze a penis that is rock solid? My final question is therefore, how hard to be when jelqing?

The routine looks good. Perhaps a little much for the rank beginner but if you stick with it you'll surely see gains.

Masturbation probably has no real effect on PE. Some have theoretisized that the drop in free-flowign testosterone after ejaculation would somehow reduce gains but the drop is slight and brief (all things considered) so I don't think it matters much if at all. In order to be able to perform well during sex I would suggest waiting at least a few hours after PE to have sex. You wouldn't go straight from football practice and then play a game would you? Same thing here. You've exercised, now give it a little rest. Then come back and do your thing.

Equal quality? Probably not. But make a true concentrated effort to make every stroke hard and really squeeze all the way. This is kind of hard at first because it seems such a dull task but after a while you'll get the hang of it.

The "old wisdom" passed down through the PE ranks is that 70% erection is better for length and the higher hardness levels (85-100%) are better for girth when jelqing. Can't say I've noticed that much of a difference. Like I've said elsewhere, the harder the better. That 100% erection won't hold once you start jelqing anyway so don't worry about squeezing (which you can, believe me), worry about just doing it.

To answer your question most seem to like 3 days on and 1 day off. I am starting to lean toward 2 on and 1 off because I like to be real intense when I do my workouts and need the time to recover. My workout is very similar to yours and like to run it between 35 to 40 minutes.
The key is concentrate on your PE. Don't allow yourself to be interrupted. Just like lifting weights or general workouts. You gotta stay focused!
I also have a few women that like to be with me so I need to be available when they need me. 2 on and 1 off seems to allow me to recover enough to give them an extra good time.
But you know how the hormones are.... sometimes I just gotta masturbate no matter what....so I just go for it, don't worry. A mans got to do what he's got to do! Try not to masturbate within a few hours before and after your PE and don't overdue the masturbation! You have to have something left for the Ladies! That’s why we are doing this.
Of course, if your lady calls right after you did your PE, masturbated and have nothing left for her you can always tell her that you need to take a shower and get special cleaned up just for her before you meet. Then you can milk it a little more with a lot of cuddling and kissing and?…Until you are ready again.
Last, as far as having a major hard on while jelqing. It’s tough. Imagine squeezing a stone. You can’t squeeze blood out of a stone. That’s what is all about. Forcing blood through your penis. Try to keep it about 75% hard. Gives you some softness to work the blood through your penis.
