I haven't tried either so I can't really say which one is better. There are a few noticeable differences though. The ingredients differ. L-arginine is "missing" in the Honry Goat Weed cocktail for instance and that's present in almost all penis enlargement pills. (I guess you could buy that separately though.) Concentrations of key ingredients they share may also differ. Since PSP uses a proprietary blend of their ingredients there's no way to accurately compare the two.

I compared the ingredients in your product with those in my current penis pills (not PSP obviously). Mine substitutes Yohimbe for the Horny Goat Weed. It also contains L-arginine, Oyster meat, and a few of the substances found in PSP.

You're obviously looking for a cheaper alternative to regular penis enlargement pills and I understand that. You should be able to find most of the substances found in these pills either sold separately or as part of the kind of pills you linked to above. But without knowing the concentrations you're looking for that gets kind of hard (some sites have detailed supplement fact though).

Here's the bottom line: the exercises will work without any pills. The pills are just a supplement that may make gains come a slightly faster. Don't make the mistake of thinking they're magic potions.
