I've been searching the forums for an answer to this question with no luck so if this is a duplicate post I apologize.
I wanted to know what the best way to go about an off day is. Obviously I'm not going to perform any exercises but what what else affects the healing on an off day? On my normal off day my penis tends to be a little smaller and harder in it's flaccid state and my initial response is to stretch it out a little bit to get the blood flowing. But will this essentially stop my penis from getting fatter because I won't let it heal?
I've read that the longer you make your penis, the skinnier it gets, so if I stretch it during an off day am I promoting length gains and inhibiting girth or am I being paranoid?
My last question is the same thing but rather that stretching, does getting an erection have any negative healing effects on my off day or does any additional blood flow help gains?
