Hello
I have recently purchased the size genetics devise and was wondering whats the best way to incorporate in into my P.E routine. I have been doing the intermediate routine for around 2 months now and i am keen still continue but i was to add the SG into my training aswell.
Just wanted a little advise how to go about it.
