my current routine takes about 20 mins and it contains 200 jelq and some random squeezes. I was doing weight hanging for lenght but stopped it because it was getting
too painful. What would be good lenght exercise to replace hangin? and should I do long fewer long reps or many short reps?
I've done PE about 2 years

There are 5 major parts of the penis that restrict or set boundaries to its size! Whenever attempting to increase the size of an organ, one must take into consideration the anatomy of that particular organ!
The 5 major parts are the Corpus Cavernosa, Corpus Spongiosum, the suspensory ligament, the fundiform ligament, and the tunica albuginea!
To increase the length of the penis you must perform certain excersizes in order to stretch the suspensory ligament, the fundiform ligament, and the Corpus cavernosa! by doing this you need to stretch the penis downward facing the earth, and from side to side, as well as straight out in front! you need to take long reps, about 3-5 seconds per rep! and alot of them, about 150-500 reps per day of your routine!
To increase the girth of the penis you must stretch the Corpus cavernosa, the corpus spongiosum, and the tunica albuginea! to do this you must include alot of jelq excersizes as well as Uli and the squeeze exersizes! again do long reps, and when it comes to Uli and squeeze excersizes do about 5-15 seconds per rep, and 50-100 reps a day! to prevent injury and overtraining!
P.S. The advice I gave you is all from my continuous research of PE! I must say that when stretching the ligaments, pay attention to what you feel! If you start to feel alot of pain, STOP the routine quickly and warm down! relax and let the body heal! if you injure a ligament by over stretching it, it will result in surgery and its not worth it! so take it easy and pay attention to what your bodies tellin ya!

I am sorry for double posting but I was unable to edit my last post. When I was talking about length excersizes I ment to say about 10-20 seconds per rep! such exercizes include LS, LSH, Power stretch, Pressured stretch, and various jelq excersizes!
also I wanted to add that there are many on these forums who im sure know more than me! so please add to what I said if anyone has some more advice! thank you!

about lenght of stretch reps, I thought that 30 seconds is long stretch? what do you think?
and do you mean 150-500 reps at total or in each direction? I think that 500 is way too much, any comments on that?

for the long shlong do 5 reps in all 5 directions at 20 to 30 seconds each rep !125 reps total !the tension stretch is also a good length exercise !

I think I'm gonna add that to my routine and see how it goes. Thewe was no info of tension stretch in penishealth but I search from this forum

Yes, 30 seconds is better! and what metalman said would be for one session! you could do up to 3 sessions a day! and the 500 reps total for the whole day would be for advanced users which you are since youve been on your PE journey for 2 years!

I could give it a try doing 500 reps for one day. see how it goes. I think that my dick gets pretty tired but I'll do fewer if that happens

I could suggest doing 150 total per day for one week of routines, if you do 3 on and 1 off, 2 on and 1 off, then that would be for one week!
then the next week do 200 total reps per day, then the next week do 250 and so on!
this doesn't allow the body to adapt to the routine so you do not reach a plateaue! you know what im sayin?
so you can achieve constant gains!

only concern is about time, I'm now doing 5 reps in 5 directions and it takes about 13 minutes, and thats only 25 reps total. so 150 reps would take over an hour
and I'm also doing jelq so thats too long for me

I agree with you 150 reps is just to much. The most I ever did in my routine was a total of 60 reps @ 20 seconds each. Granted I always believed in quality or quantity, but 150 is just to much in my opinion.

hmmmmmm, maybe I was being a little too outgoing when I mentioned how many reps to do! I think I must of been thinking about jelqs! my bad, I don't realize what I say sometimes!
I do about 150-200 jelqs per day of workout! so yea I must of been thinkin of jelqs, srry!

I'm now doing 200 jelqs,some random squeezes and 25 reps of stretches @ 30 seconds each. I think I'm goin to add 5 reps each week of them stretches, untill I'm in 60 reps then I keep it there.

thats 20 minutes. I'm doin 17 and half minutes currently, 35 reps @ 30 seconds each. I've added 5 reps each week, should I stop to 20 minutes? and should I change doing 20 second reps or should I stick with 30 seconds?

I was looking at your starting NBPEL: and it is very close to mine which is 5 even.. and I have just started doing some basic beginner exercizes and was wondering what you did for your first few weeks or what routine you used even after the first couple weeks if you remember. And what you had gained if you gained at all the first month or 2
I would just like to start in the right path and knowing someone started at my length and got up to what would be my all time goal is inspiring

and we are both -87.:) I started with extender and also did some manual PE stretches. Then I had some break from extender and did only manual PE. After while I used only extender, so pretty much I've done many different stuff
it's nice if you see my gains inspiring :)

Cool, I dont have the extender though :(
Do you remember what PE stretches you did and how many? Did you do any jelqs?
I need to gain at least a 1/8th so i can get inspired to keep at it!

Cool, I think im going to start the begginer routine tommorrow. And try that for 4 weeks probally start light with the 7-10 minute begginer routine.. Then see what my progress is.
How much has your FL changed?
Besides length and girth I was also love to see a good FL improvement.

I haven't ever measured my flaccid lenght but it is deffinately bigger
