View Full Version : Stretches vs Jelqing

I am curious to hear some opinions on what leads to more length gains, stretches or exercises (such as jelqing).

The reason I ask is because I’ve always attributed my length gains to jelqing. I seem to have looked at stretching almost as a warm-up or an add-on. There are, however, successful PE’ers who look at the two disciplines completely differently. The infamous Ferrari, for example made almost two inches in length gains using a stretch-intensive workout, and I believe our very own Ebon00 has had great success as a stretching enthusiast.

Obviously both stretching and jelqing play their part, but if you had identical twins, with one doing a workout entirely composed of stretching and the other strictly jelqing, who do you think would gain length faster?

Can't say that I'm a stretch enthusiast, I'm more of a girth man and then the stretches doesn't help much. I just divide my workouts to get full benefits in minimal time.

To answer your question I would say that results in the long run will probably even out although the jelq would probably lead to a more proportional penis since you'll gain a little girth as well. (There is some girth gains from prolonged stretching, just ask any hanger, but not as much.) The thing is that stretching for most people hit the suspensory ligaments, the same ligaments they cut off in penile lengthening surgery. Gains from those ligaments are faster than those from the tunica which is what the jelq mainly hits for length. (The tunica is tougher than the ligaments.)

So, for fast length gains I'd have to say a serious regimen focusing predominantly on stretching.
