I am curious to hear some opinions on what leads to more length gains, stretches or exercises (such as jelqing).
The reason I ask is because I’ve always attributed my length gains to jelqing. I seem to have looked at stretching almost as a warm-up or an add-on. There are, however, successful PE’ers who look at the two disciplines completely differently. The infamous Ferrari, for example made almost two inches in length gains using a stretch-intensive workout, and I believe our very own Ebon00 has had great success as a stretching enthusiast.
Obviously both stretching and jelqing play their part, but if you had identical twins, with one doing a workout entirely composed of stretching and the other strictly jelqing, who do you think would gain length faster?
