Hey guys,

I'm focusing on length over girth at the moment and currently I'm doing 3 length exercises per week. I'm doing the long shlong helicopter and doing two reps in all directions 1 min each (I hope this is an a-ok). But here are the two exercieses i need help on:

Double Hand Shlong: when pulling at the base of the penis it pushes skin to the head making my other hand alot harder to grip the head, is there a way to overcome this? Also my hand that's pulling at the base is trapping blood in my penis causing a 30% erection. Please Help?

Pressures Shlong: It's exactly the same as a basic stretch held from the head is it not? Only that you use your other hands thumb to put pressure on top of the penis and rub from base to head and back right? And do i do this in all directions like a helicopter or just forward?

Any help on these will be much appreciated.

P.S -These I believe are advanced exerciese but I've been doing PE for several months now and consider myself ready.

double long schlong: If you have forskin then pull it back, THEN grip using OK grip behind the head so that you have total control when stroking forward with the other hand.
30% ah? Make sure you are fully erect to maintain maxium blodd flow, then trap it quickly so that you can fully gorge that flow to the head of the penis.
Pressure schlong...not too sure mate.

Hey,whats up am new 2 all of this and need help an am far from a computer wiz so i hope am doing this right. Iv had the devise 4 3 wks and hvnt been able 2 use properly cause i can nvr c the marking on the bar. Whn i adjst the traction the spring bars always move. Mayb u no a better way 4 this to wrk. I dnt wnt 2 guess the rght amount of traction an injury myself thanks alot.
