Hey everybody -
Since I started back in late December/early January, I've been doing pretty basic exercises - long schlong, jelq, squeeze (not exactly basic, I know), and maybe one or two others that escape me at the moment.
The squeeze, I've found, works phenomenally. I wonder if I maybe staying too simple with the others. Simple is typically best in many situations, so I wonder if it is in this situation. Plus they're easy to do and remember.
I haven't hit a plateau. Just checking to see if I may be able to kick it up a notch. Thanks in advance for the advice.
