Hi all :).

I must say, PH.com and these forums look very nice, and I am very tempted to sign up, but I'm a little worried. I researched into PE a while ago (a year maybe?) and found various free excersises on the 'net. The most popular seemed to be the "jelq", so I had a go. I'm not sure if it actually produced gains, but my penis certainly did feel a little heavier at times.

But whilst doing more research, I found some pages that claimed jelqing was very dangerous, and could damage the penis irreperably. As such, I stopped doing my excersises, and have done nothing for a year.

Are these claims of danger unfounded? Is there any chance of damaging the penis? I would appreciate an honest answer, as my health (especially the health of my penis) is something I take seriously.

Oh, just in case you're wondering, EL is 5.8", and I wanted at least 6.6", aiming for 7".

Many thanks,
Anon.

I would hope that it's not dangerous. They claim it's safe and in good health for your little fella, but i honestly do not know for sure. Any medically inclined peeps wanna give this a shot?

Sure, it can be dangerous only if you are wreckless about it.
Stretching for instance, you don't want to pull so hard like you're trying to pull it off you could damage your ligaments, your glans(head) or other things.
Jelqing, you want to clamp down with your fingers but you wouldn't want to put it in a vise and try to pull it through.
As long as you use your common sense you should be perfectly safe from injury( if it hurts while your doing them you're probly doing something wrong).
Always know your limits.
My advise to you is go ahead, sign up if you have any probs there is ussually always someone on this forum who has went through it and can help you too.

Thanks for the replies guys. hardin - I think you've hit it on the head (so to speak ;)).. the penis can be excersised just like any other part of the body, as long as it's done carefully. :)

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this? Has anyone ever given themselves a serious injury?

Thanks again,
Anon.

Injuries happen because someone is impatient and tries to rush PE. PE is a long journey and not a sprint. Your body needs time to adjust and when you don't give it time to do so.........OUCH!!!!!
