Hi, I have been a member now for 2 weeks, and I’m not proud to say I have made no gains at all from witch I can tell. I was wondering if there is anything that is making this so hard? Or if anyone has had the same thing, then kept working at it and made some good gains. Please help!

I'v been at it for 3 weeks now and have seen gains in the girth area but not in the length area.
What exersizes are you doing?

The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes
I hope the gains come soon !

Post your routine so we have a good idea of what you are doing.
Chances are, you have a good beginner routine just that you may have to give it more time or tweak it a little. but it makes it difficult when we have no idea what your workout plan is.
Kinda like a man who's born blind trying to describe the color green. Post it and I'm sure you'll get plenty of good feedback.:)
