Ive been skirting around PE for about 2 years now and I have learnt a lot of stuff but neber really had the will power to stick to it.

I am going to start off with the following

3 mins warmup
15x4 lots of stretches, up down left right (10 seconds each stretch)
100 pc exericses (2 sets of 50).
10 minutes jelq
3 mins warm down.

any suggestions, I am going to post progress as i go daily... also any think its a good idea to post pics of progress or will these be sent all over the net.

I also take 3 PSP at the start of every day.

today was my first day. I plan on doing it like this for 2 weeks, 3 days on and 1 day off, anyone got any advice suggestions?

:) Hi KFCman - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

You've come to the right place to ask your questions, offer your comments, and give your fellow members some good advice.

I think that it's great to have someone like you posting your progress. It gives everyone here a chance to see what can be accomplished.

And if you experience any difficulties as you go through this process, it is something we all need to know about to ensure the success of your PE goals.

This is also a great way to help your fellow Newbiers...by giving them the encouragement that is sometimes needed.

And by all means...please do post your pics. This is another great way to show all whom travel through the Mens-Network Forum, that Penis Enlargement really does work.
;)
Good luck my friend and welcome aboard!

Your routine doesn't look too bad but...... if I were you I'd do my pc exercises at the end the routine. I ussually do mine throughout the day after my exercises, you can also incorperate them into your routine while you are doing the jelq. When your leading hand reaches the head simply flex your pc muscle just as your other hand is gripping the base, this will allow more blood to be pumped in with each repitition. It may not hurt to add another routine or two into your exercise. example: length, girth length, girth. This way you are not getting more of one and not enough of the other, you only have a specific such as only girth or only length.

can u give a reason on why you would do PC exercises at end of workout and not as part of it?

I think Hardin was talking about the flexes.

Yes, I was talking about the pc flexes.
i ussually do pc exercises while I'm jelqing, this sometimes tires out my pc muscle so I do reg pc exercises later in the day after having a rest.
