I've read some posts here and I see mention of "edging".
From what I gather, you masturbate until you are about to finish but then hold yourself back. Is that it?
Can anyone please explain what this helps with exactly?
- When are these exercises done?
- What do you actually do?
- How many times would you do it for?
I just started with the PE stuff last week. Should I start incorporating edging in my PE? Or is this something I should do later on. If there was a previous thread that specifically explained edging I'd appreciate it if I could be directed to it. Curious that Penis-Health.com doesn't mention it, unless they do and I missed it.
Also, on a related note, should you refrain from ejaculating during the days you are doing PE? I know that it is said to not ejaculate 2-3 hours before and after PE but would it be best to not at all during the days you are doing PE or as long as it's 2-3 hours before and after it's fine and wouldn't make a difference?
