well, like i said in one of my previous posts, ive been taking pills for almost 1 1/2 months and have been doing the exercises for 7-8 months now but have not seen any results. quite honestly, its getting very frustrating. i tried changing my workout for the past couple weeks but still nothing.
old workout
3 min warmup
5 min stretch
10-15 min jelq
5 min horizontal movement
2-3 min cooldown
new
3 min warmup
5 min stretch
10 min jelq
5 min horizontal movement
5 min head and girth exercises
2-3 min cooldown
can anyone help? in the beginning i saw the PSP working and saw a noticeable difference in erection hardness, etc but now those results are fading. is my body getting used to the pills?
