Hello all.

So i did my routine as usual. I only do long schlong for length, and some long schlong heli's,, i still get a good stretch from these two exercises... i warm-up for like 10 min and make sure im really warmed up and i rewrap during the exercises to keep warm and loose. So anyways the first set in i noticed blood from my tip.. since it is my first set i only pull very lightly and for only like 20 seconds as a warm-up, rather than the usual 30 seconds... so i saw blood and stopped, mainly because this is a sight most guys would rather not see..

im not sure what happened.. it was a light pull and and it was only for like 20 seconds.. but its pretty freaky shit.. so ill take a day off and im just starting to sorta cement my gains and this is a set back... i notice if i miss a day my gains sort of diminish.. better safe then sorry.. should i take more than one day off??????

Is long schlong a warm-up length exercise or would it be best to start with another length exercise.. im only going for like .5 of an inch more.. so is it alright to go right to the advanced exercises and intermediate and skip the beginner all together.. i've been doin PE for 4-5 months pretty steady... im not sure wtf is going on but blood anywhere down below is not good. If anyone has any insight it would be much appreciated..

Also does stretching have any affect on how much girth gains you get?? and does stretching have any affect on fixing curve?? if it curves left a little bit, will stretching right, etc. help in fixing it?? or is is mainly through time and jelquing??

thanks for time

I thought i should add something.

The blood came from urethra, there was no pain and i took a pee afterwards and there was no blood in pee.. so it must be a ruptured vein or something.. its a weird one and a first for me

Just take some time to heal and when you start back at it go easy on the intesity until you're confident that you've healed entirely.

I got blood from my penis once doing pan rolls. Scared the crap out of me. I stopped and like you I had no blood in my pee and no pain. Next day I jelqed no problem.

If you've been consistently doing PE for 3 to 4 months go onto the intermediate program but don't rush into advanced until you've done at least 2 to 3 months of intermediate exercises.

Only girth exercises increase girth.
If you're trying to correct a bend do Jelqs in the opposite direction of the bend. I don't believe stretching fixes it but I could be wrong but I haven't seen anything like that yet.

Certain bending exercises will also help correct curvatures. I posted a nice one here: http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showpost.php?p=90090&postcount=10
