View Full Version : Biochemicals
Firstly i would like to say that the guys on this forum are doing an excellent job...Keep it up.. Now for the reason im posting this thread... While doing research i came across the word 'biochemicals' and the role these chem. played during puberty and our natural 'growth phase'... Im raising this because i just see other type of questions and all the different excercises one can do.. Nothing on this topic.. Can one really increase penis size without consuming the correct/natural food products to bring our bodies back to that puberty phase? Any pe expert or any person may reply, id like to see the response.

Of course your body needs the proper "building blocks" to function at top performance. That's where proper diet comes into play. You are what you eat you know.
As for putting your body back into a "puberty" stage, there is little you can do. A child's body is meant to be "plastic" and susceptible to change. You lose this as an adult. You become "set in your ways" so to speak. The most you can do is look into taking HGH. You never know.
The only way to make your body change is to apply stress to the area in the proper fashion to encourage growth or adaptation while providing enough raw materials it needs for growth.
That's all I got on the subject. It is my opinion as well so I may be wrong... and I hope I am. :)

There are theories out on this. The general medical consensus is that, once you've past puberty, androgen receptors in the penis shut down and are no longer receptive to hormones for growth.
Still, there are some men that have reported growth using Androgel as well as other chemical compounds. This may be due to a combination of increased blood flow combined with exercises, a restoration to a previous state due to disuse, or some other as yet unaccountable phenomena.
