hi, i have 1 month doing excercices and im happy with the results in my girth growing, i really see the diference, but im not getting any progress in lenght, i do the intermediate routine of penis-health. And my quiestion is, jelking helps to develop girth ? or lenght? or both?

Jelqing helps primarily with girth, stretching is mainly for those length gains, I'm not sure what your routine is becuase I haven't visited the routines section of PH in some time now. But you may want to add a length routine if your girth is out pacing your length gains. Or maybe you just need to give it more time for the length gains to catch up. Do some experimenting if you feel your current workout isn't meeting your needs, just don't hurt yourself in the process.

Two possible posint of attack here. Either split your routine giving extrar attention to stretches or introduce a more tunica-specific stretch to your routine to see how that works. Some people have naturally long ligaments and then the regular stretches will do fairly little. That's when you should try some modified stretches like the A-stretch or any other of the fulcrum stretches. (Do a search.)
