I have been struggling to see any gains in girth over the last 3/4 months that I have been using the SG extender. With 4 inch flaccid girth and 4 1/2 inch erect girth and fairly regular use of the extender, like I say I have not seen any improvement. Been wearing it up to 6 hours over the last few weeks just to give you an idea of the time usage, although my overall consistency over the 3/4 months has not been perfect I have been trying.
One of the things that is difficult for me is that I drink a lot of tea and coffee and generally have a weak bladder anyway so I am forever having to take the thing off and some days I just don't manage that many hours or leave it be full stop.
I have been reading through the wealth of information on the forum here but I am posting this message (first time) just to see if there is anything new some one can provide that I have missed whilst reading away. Thanks

For girth work you could try manual exercises which I know that work.

Thanks anth1225

I currently practice some excercises taken from the Penis Advantage website. Perhaps I am not practicing or aware of excercises particularly helpful for increasing girth. What excercises would you recommend please.

It depends. How long have you been PE-ing?

Hi Bambirascal,
When it comes to increasing girth or length, you need to always bear in mind that optimum results are achieved from "forcing" an increase in the blood holding capacity of the corpora cavernosa, which is the twin chambers of the penis that fill with blood and cause an erection.
It is similar to blowing up a balloon. When you first blow air into a balloon it goes from a flaccid state to a erect state. Thereafter, the more air you blow into the balloon, the bigger the balloon becomes.
In order for maximum effects from your penis enlargement exercises and device, you need to ensure that your health problems are not interferring with your blood circulation to the penis. It is probably a good idea to use a product that will increase your blood circulation and reduce cholesterol so that you do not have any hinderances to your blood flow to the penis.

Thanks both replying members, Butchos & anth.

I don't practice as diligently with the excercises as I ought to. This is just down to being very busy. I don't like doing the excercises late at night (and this is usually the best time) because I find it arouses me and then gets me in the wrong frame of mind for sleep. I have lost a few nights sleep because of jelquing excercises etc shortly before bed. I do try when I can to get up early and practice using some basic excercises including stretching and jelquing and always remembering to warm up and down.

I am not keeping myself very fit at all this year and some of your comments made have really made me think that this could be a hindrance to my size progression, especially regarding the girth measurement. I have not given up yet though. Thanks for the advice though chaps.

Do you have a workout journal that you can supply us with?
