View Full Version : When using the Jes Extender, should you take a day off in the week?
Hey guys. :)
I'm wondering, when using the device should you take a day off from it in the week?
Considering it's low resistance I'm wondering if the rest time in between using it (i.e. sleeping) count enough as a rest for it compared to the PE which are much more intense and make sense to have a day or two off.
Thanks in advance.

Definitely! Did you receive some form of training manual with your extender?
There was a video, but it doesn't specify a routine. And the number for their help line has representatives giving contradictory advice depending on who you get on the phone.

I know you don't want to hear this but have you considered trying manual PE?

i'm not against extenders.i've never tried one.i feel i've gotten decent results from manual exercises.from what i've read here on the forums though they leave a lot to be desired.lots of complaints about parts wearing out, mental anguish and pain due to either the user not wearing it properly or just trying to get the thing to stay on,and an extreme lack of customer service.they always want to refer their customers to the forums and then the moderators here get stuck doing their customer service for them.i think we need a subforum just for the extenders and let one of their paid representatives start answering all the posts.

Hi. I'm new poster there but a member for several monthes. I use sizeGenetics extender for around 8 monthes, but do it a little by myself. No real help in how using it for best efficiency, and the ways to wear it for different goals. All the more than I'm french, and penis extension is taboo over there.
Should be great if there could be one dedicated forum, or sub forum for extender users.
I will visit more threads and look up.
As far as I can know, it seems to be nice to take one or two days off per a week.
But my wearing is really not regular, sometimes I had taken several days off, up to maybe a week, and often not a lot of hours a day when I wear it. As the wearing of such devices work with making penis injuries, it's nice to take rest.
But it depends probably of the way people use it, G.B., what tension they use to use, and the time wearing.

This issue has been addressed with the company's reps recently but nothing yet has happened.
But very good post metalman thanks for your added insight!

There's a free extender routine available here (http://www.peforum.net/htm/devices.htm) if you're interested. Just remember to use the extender in lieu of any stretches, and you should still do your warm ups, warm downs, and extender work.
Big Al,
I don't understand what you mean by "in lieu of any stretches". Stretches in terms of PE?
Also, your program is quite different to what I was suggested. For one thing, all of the representatives have stressed to never wear the device for no more than 3 hours at a time and to give your self a rest while massaging the penis before wearing it again. This would make sense because I've seen threads were others have advised not to wear it when you are sleeping because wearing it for so long could cut off circulation. But in your program it seems to be working towards wearing it for up to 12 hours in one shot.
Another thing, one problem with the device is unlike how the video says it works, if I twist the screws to make it longer the bars with the lines on it don't move up to indicate how much degree of traction you have it on. I was told that an alternate way of measuring this is to measure the distance between the screw and the base of the Extender. A half a centimeter would mean the next degree of traction up. Do you agree?

What I meant was that you can substitute extender work for any manual length exercises.

I recommend taking frequent breaks for high intensity activities like hanging, but I've found that, if the padding is sufficient and your penis is kept in plain view (to ensure that you're not cutting off circulation), then it's generally safe to wear your extender for several hours at a stretch with a short break and massage at least every hour or so (regardless of the schedule).

A 1/2 cm. distance is just about where each degree of tension is delineated, so I would say yes.
