Hi,

I was quite impressed by the information given in the PE e-book. I've understood the anatomy of penis and how the manual exercises help in increasing of length and girth. I've enough of patience and will power to increase length and girth, but I only need your experienced suggestions and motivation to achieve my desired measures at the earliest.

My penis current measures:
Flaccid Length 4.0”
ErectLength 2.5”
FlaccidGirth 4.0”
ErectGirth 3.5”

My target is : 5.0" + 3.5" + 6.0" + 4.5" respectively

Since last week, I've been doing the manual exercises in the morning. I started with the below beginner's routine:
Wake Up cloth - 2 mins
Long Schlong - 5 mins (4 times in each direction - Straight, Right, Left)
Jelq - 5 mins
Horizontal movement - 5 mins (Its little difficult for me, i think because of my current penis size)
Wake Up cloth - 2 mins
PC Flex Basic - 50 Reps

The good thing I notice is that my psychological feeling on my ability to control the ejaculation is increased. Please please give me your valuable suggestions/motivations based on your experience.

Regards

You can substitute the Squeeze for the Horizontal movement if you want. Lots of people have problems with the HM.

You will see that the exercises on the Penis Health site are measured in minutes. Generally we measure the repetitions and accumulate the total time from the amount of reps.
So if it takes 4 secs to do 1 Jelq, and you do 200 Jelqs x 4 = 800 secs divided by 60 sec = 13.5 minutes.

The bottom line is we are aiming for 15 minutes minimum to 30 maximum actual workout time per workout.

You’ll find the actual time you devote to your workouts will be considerably more that the actual workout time ie: 1 hour will probably be about 30 minutes of workout time.

Go a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule Being sure to have rest days and not just work through them. Rest days are essential for growth.

So basically go through the beginners routine as prescribed on the site keeping all this in mind and for accurate time measures do it the way I described above. That is a better way to gauge a workout.

So after 3 months of progressing up through the routines you can build a routine for yourself.

Thanks Anth! I will follow your suggestions (very sincerely & Seriously)!

Tell me one thing. In the site, I've found "Basic Beginners Routine", "Regular Beginners Routine", "Extended Beginners Routine", so, how many days I do one routine and then switch to the next phase and so on...?

Thanks

Wow I just looked through the routines from Beginners to Advance and I'd have to say all the exercises in the routines you could do now.

Go through the exercises and see which ones feel best to you and then put them into your beginning routine. Aim for 15 to 30 minutes of actual workout time.

Post your workout plan as soon as you formulate it so we can offer any helpful hints.

one more thing is i noticed your starting measurements don't include BPEL.(bone pressed erect length)if you havn't measured your BPEL do it now.basically your pressing a ruler in til it hits your pubic bone.this is the only concrete method of measuring length gains as you need a solid platform to be able to measure any and all length gains no matter how small.measuring correctly in the start of your PE journey is the most important aspect and you'll be more moitvated to continue when you know the gains are real.

Thanks metalman. For measuring the Erect Length I did not press the ruler but just touched at the base. So, for BPEL, I should press the ruler to touch the public bone.

Thanks again for the input.

Hi,

Let me share this experience to you. As you know I started my PE - exercises last week. Today, as part of my daily routine, I did Wake Up cloth warm up exercise and then long schlong. Everything was good. Then, I applied lubricant and ensured 70% erectness. Then started the basic Jelq exercise. I don't know, may be I applied too much pressure while milking down today, but I saw suddenly a big bubble appeared on the left side skin. Got really scared and stopped the exercise for today. It was so painful touching that spot in the morning.

Now, 14 hours passed. The impact is not that much but when I touch, still I feel that bubble spot on my left side skin and feel little pain still. Is this abnormal? Did this happen due to too much pressure while milking down in Jelq exercises? Please suggest.

Thanks

Did this bubble appear just under your glans? It sounds like edema, fluid build up, though I've never heard of anyone getting edema from simple jelqing.
It normally happens with intense girth exercises.
I've gotten edema before but it never hurt.

Tone down your intesity alot with the Jelqs. When jelqing I've never applied more pressure than I would if I were masturbating.

Stop girth work until the edema goes away and take a couple weeks off. Start back very slow when you do.

we've all suffered some bumps and bruises when starting out.you're learning how much your penis can take & doing exercises like these isn't something your penis is accustomed to.doing these exercises doesn't seem like much but after a week or two of putting stress on your unit it adds up. you'll find out how much intensity to add as you progress but for now back off a tad til you build up some endurance.PE isn't a race it's a marathon.i always suggest to read up on the threads in the injuries subforum so you can learn from others mishaps.you'll learn what not to do and won't be so freaked out when you do experience something like edema, red dots, etc.

I've had an edema before. It went away in a few hours.
I just started last week, but must have been to vigoruos, it seems like blood got stuck in a vein as was hard and buldging from my shaft.

It didn't hurt, but I squeezed it really hard and that must have unclogged, thankfully it went away after that.

Now I've eased up on the grip for jelqing.

Hi Anth, Metalman,

Thanks for your suggestions. It was actually at left side skin of the middle of penis where I saw this bump. May be I was so curious and applied more pressure in doing the basic jelq. As you suggested, I will wait until this bump heals. I already got the lesson out of this experience. I will take care from the next time.

And, I think, i need to brush up the PE terminology. Some of the words you use like public bone, glans etc... are little confusing to me. I will learn the PE terminology also :-)

Thanks a lot

Hi Andy, thanks to you too for sharing your experience.
