Hi folks, I have a question.
I started this exercise

and as I started it I started pulling too hard on the other stretches. Then my gains stopped. I stopped this exercise. I continued pulling too hard on the other stretches. No gains again. I stopped PEing for one week. No I am starting again with begginers exercises for about e week or two. I will not pull to hard for now.
Is it true that if you pull to hard and somehow overcome the pain while pulling really hard you will gain nothing and all you will have left is the pain :D

Basically nobody gains all the time every month. In fact it is very common to go a long time with no gains at all. Personally I've gone months with no gains.

Pain is bad. If you feel pain in any exercise stop and adjust your intensity. This is more of a matter of penis health rather than gains. You do not want to damage yourself doing exercises designed to help you.

Discomfort is normal but pain is very bad and is something to be avoided.

It is true, along with the pain I had some erection problems it that period, maybe i just have to take it more easy. I am still resting, MAYBE i will start tomorrow :)

It's true that success come with hard work but I think it is good to be cautious and have some more advice on that exercise.

I will just say what I have always said. The key is dedication, consistency, and intensity. In terrms of the intensity, slow and steady wins the race. Take it from turtle, you do not need pull your dick out of socket. This is for everyone, calm down the gains will come, if you use common sense and don't try to do everything in a month or two.

learn the concepts. stretching exercises stretch the ligs that attach ur dick to ur body. stretching "too hard" won't cause you stop gaining, because its still stretching the ligs out. BUT too hard is obviously too much. it shouldn't be painful.
