Is it possible that the ''Horizontal Movement'' exercise is only for those that are ''cut''.
I have tried the exercise and it seems that when I am milking my way down, all I am doing is pulling my skin down...Sometimes it even hurts because of my skin that is attached to the gland.
Anyone with the same problem ?
Thank you!

You can always substitute the HM with the Squeeze

What's your current girth routine?
Btw you've made excellent length gains in just over a year! Congrats!

I am already using the squeeze, which is in my opinion one of the best girth exercise.
The reason I am asking about the Horizontal Movement is just because I have never been able to do it right. I like to change my exercises to keep that element of ''surprise'' on my penis to keep achieving gains.
It's not the end of the world if I can't perform the Horizontal Movement since there are many other alternatives. I just want to know if other people are experiencing the same problem with the HM.
Thanks for replying!

I would say that complaints and difficulty with this exercise is one of the most common comments that we hear. I agree with Anth, the squeeze is a better exercise, and if you are comfortable with the squeeze, then don't worry about the HM,

I am normal then... good to know! :)
Question:
I timed myself and I did about 110 strokes of HM in 5 minutes.
Is this too fast?

To be honest I'm not sure. Maybe you should go back and read the description on how to perform the exercise.
But if you feel it's doing you good keep at it. I think people like me who have found it not a good exercise realize it while we are in the process and we just drop it.
But if you like it keep going with it.
That's the thing, the instructions are not clear. It gives a time for how long the exercise should be done in one session but not how many strokes it should be in the allotted time.
I did about 500 strokes of the jelq in 8 minutes and was told in another forum that was too fast. How many strokes in a jelq would you be doing anth1225?

Generally I do 3 to 4 second Jelqs. Any quicker and you won't receive the benefit of the exercise. So try and go with that standard as a rule of thumb.

Ok, so I timed myself my last few sessions and in 10 minutes I did about an average of 150 jelqs.
For Horizontal Movement, in 5 minutes I finish about 60-70.
How does this sound now?

first stop timing yourself.it's not about how much time you spend doing the total amount of jelqs or horizontal movement.like anth said, just make sure that each jelq takes about 3 to 4 seconds to complete.think about it.if it takes you 3 seconds to do one jelq then it would amount to 1 minute to perform 20 jelqs.10 minutes would amount to 200 jelqs.
when you factor in the time it takes to restimulate yourself to perform the exercises at the correct erection level, you'll find that it takes a lot longer to do 200 jelqs than 10 minutes.like i said stop timing yourself.set a game plan of how many reps will give you an effective workout and do that amount.same with the horizontal movement.your penis will tell you if it's tired.you can increase the intensity or amount of reps as you progress.
It's not so much about me worrying about the time as much as is about me doing them at the right speeds. It wasn't until I asked about the frequency of the jelqs I did in said time that I realized I was doing them too fast.
That's why I am asking. :)

Like Metalman said you total your accumulated time by the reps performed. As long as you're going 3 to 4 sec per Jelq (1 movement upwards stopping just below the glans) then you're ok.
So if you're doing 4 sec Jelqs then 150 @ 10 minutes is good.
I just read the HM exercise and it recommends 2 to 3 seconds a rep (Down then up)
So 3 sec reps at 60 is 3 minutes
However upon reading the HM it seems to be a strange exercises to me. Semi erect grip at the base and then milk down - well that would be good for base girth but I believe you will gain base girth with stretching as time goes by.
Then you milk up.
Personally in my opinion your time would be best spent if you want good mid-girth just do the Squeezes.
Hey anth1225, I've read you mention the Squeeze exercise before. Which one is that? The PE site doesn't have one by that name. The ones that are close in name are "The Head Squeeze" and "The Uli Squeeze" both of which are considered advanced exercises by the site.

Here you go. It's not on the PE site because Big Al gave us this one.
I think this is a perfect exercise for beginners. Follow the directions it's very specific.
