hi,my name is mel..i've already used PE method for a week without missing even a day training...but still i did not see the result..i mean there is improvement like, mine original is 3" at flaccid and 5" girth..after erection, mine length is 5" and girth also 5"..is after one week training, i see an increase in girth during flaccid which is 1",now 4"..the girth is still same and during erection also still the same..at the first time, i look at the window, wow!! i've think i experience an increase in girth but after measuring it, disappointment occur..mean,still the same.....can you help me?

Yes this is very common. Lots of times you will notice a difference but no measurable difference. Consider that you've just been at it for a week. It takes a bit more time really to get gains.

I've gone through that but I've also gone through stages where I see no difference but end up gaining.

It's also worth noting that you need to measure correctly and the same way all the time.
It's best to measure Bone pressed above the penis for length.

However I should point out that rest days are important and you should adhere to the 3 days on 1 off; 2 days on 1 off schedule.
Overworking the penis will also inhibit gains.

Also gains are not guarenteed within a time structure because apparently everyone is different.

Just know that if you're seeing a difference it shouldn't be long before they translate out into measurable gains.
