I'm new to PH and i've been doing the beginners exercises for two weeks now. I've noticed that it's been harder for me to get and maintain erections, could this possibly be from the exercises? also when milking, should I be using lubrication?

ive only been doing PE for about five weeks now but i had the same problem around the two week mark. i just had to take a extra day off to let my dick recover. it might not feel like your pushing it to hard but it needs rest.
good luck and try not to over think it

it sounds like a possible combination of overwork and lack of proper stamina work. What kind of routine (in detail) are you gentlemen following?

Long schlong 12reps,10sec hold, 4 ways
Power stretch 10reps,10sec right left and forward
Jelq 200reps, 3sec each
Squeeze 20reps, 10sec each
150 pc flexes on workout days
5 min warm up
5 min warm down
3 days on 1 off 2 on 1 off
I haven't been having any problems getting a erection lately and they have been good quality but im always having trouble maintaining a strong erection during sex. Some times it lasts longer than others but there is no doubt my stamina could be better. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You would do much better if you chose a smaller number of what you feel are the most effective exercises and stuck with them. You should also try to regularly increase reps/intensity in a progressive manner to force gains.
