Hey guys a bit of advice here would be much appreciated. Currently been doing p.e about 2 month now. Had decent gains to start with but not noticed any recently. Unfortunately due to my job (Offshore) it has been pretty hard to continue my routine consistently. My routine is LS Heli x20 reps (10min) Power stretch x20 reps (10min) Jelq x200 reps (80-100% erect) and squeezes x 50 reps. So in total I'm doing 15min length and 10min girth work. When I'm doing this at home my penis does get a good workout and I can notice a difference when looking at him.
What worries me though is that when I'm offshore, it's almost impossible for me to continue this routine, I'll stop gaining or lose the gains I've acheived so far. On my last trip which lasted 3 weeks I think the most I could manage was 20 helis and 25 squeezes a day (Better than nothing). I was wondering if I was to step up the intensity when at home and continue to do as much as I can when away if this would be sufficient enough? Also if theres any specific exercises that you guys would recommend which could give him a short intense workout. I have been through the forums and there are some great exercises however having only been at it two months I'm wary about which ones to do.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers
