I've gotten a lilttle over 2 inches in length and over a half inch in girth since Feb 05.
No regrets either for the time spent achieving!

so far i've gained 1 5/16 in BPEL and 5/16 in girth since july 07.i'm probably what you call a hard gainer but i think it's safe to say that most men can gain at least an inch if they stick to a consistent, dedicated routine.
Big Al, who posts here often, started at 6.5 inches in length and 5 in girth. In 6 months he ended up with 8.5 inches in length and 6.5 in girth. An extremely rare case of gaining that fast.

You know metalman I was a fast gainer but then I turned into a hard gainer lol!
Fast gains stop and then it's like eveyone else, the grind.
However I think everyone here is encouraged not only by your perseverance but also your attitude! You always here someone complaining about not gaining fast enough or no gains and so it goes.
You just quietly plug along and gain consistantly with no gripes or complaints and you help others here too which is a big plus!
Thanks metalman for being the encouragement you are!

At your size your overall goals are very do-able. The girth may take awhile though.

i gripe and complain every month,i just keep it to myself.no sense cluttering up the boards with a bunch of whining.:D i have been lucky to see consistent gains and that's the only thing that motivates me to keep going.sometimes it seems like a chore and i got to drag myself off the couch.
i never thought it would have taken me this long to achieve my results.when i first started researching PE i was "greatly encouraged" by the ol' size calculator and the pro solution pills and thought, wow in 3 -6 months i'll have a much bigger prick!
it's taking me a bit longer than that but i'm happy knowing i've gotten bigger.i know eventually i'll either hit my goals, take a break,or quit altogether.i wouldn't trade the time spent or the knowledge i've gained from all this for anything.knowing the possibilities exist to get bigger will always be with me and when i do decide to give it a break,i know i can restart at any time.for now,i choose to keep grinding it out.
metalman, have you hever used the extender along with PE?

no.i just do manual exercises and to be honest i think the extenders are crap.i feel for the price of these things they should work out of the box.i've read nothing but complaints about the parts wearing out prematurely, lack of proper directions, and a serious lack of customer service.not to mention i've read many complaints about folks who due to the previously mentioned issues don't gain and have a hard time getting their money back under their money-back guarantee.
i'll admit i'm not totally against them.i think they have their good points and the light traction process is a great length workout for the tunica.if i didn't have a job and had hours to kill maybe i'd buy one but unless they can make a much better product i prefer to use my hands.too many guys buy these things thinking it'll be an easy way to gain from all the marketing hype but fail to research them before buying.
i know the pros and cons of these things from reading about them.hardly a day goes by that someone isn't posting about slippage issues, pain, etc.i think i'm more put off by all the "help me" posts on these things than anything.
if more folks took the time to read up on these things they would at least know how to use them and know what to expect from them.eventually someone's gonna loose their dick from wearing it to bed and lawsuits will follow.i'm done ranting.

I agree with metalman 100%. Do the research, read up on things and understand the process. Like Anth, metalman, and Big Al, I am stricktly a manual PE person. Look at my signiture or any of their's and you will see that manual PE works real well. I am not saying the extenders do not work, I have just played with one so that I have a better sense of your questions, but if you don't do the research you can have problems. The extenders are not a magic bean. They are a tool and if not used properly, they don't accomplish anything.
